This Privacy Policy describes how AGENTA collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our websites, dashboards, APIs, and AI agent products (including assistants that generate text, automate workflows, qualify leads, or interact on channels you configure).
By using our services, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use. Where required by law, we rely on consent, contract, legitimate interests, or other lawful bases as described below.

Information we collect
Depending on how you use AGENTA, we may process:
- Account & contact data: name, email, phone, company, billing details, and credentials.
- Content you provide: prompts, documents, brand guidelines, CRM exports, chat transcripts, and other materials you upload to train or instruct AI agents.
- Technical & usage data: IP address, device type, browser, approximate location, logs, cookies, session IDs, and product analytics (e.g. feature usage, errors).
- Communications: support tickets, survey responses, and email correspondence.
- Inference & outputs: AI-generated responses, classifications, or summaries produced when you run our agents.
AI processing & automated decisions
Our AI agents process the inputs you provide to generate outputs you request. Processing may involve foundation models, fine-tuned models, or rule-based systems operated by us or vetted subprocessors.
We design flows to minimize unnecessary retention of prompts and outputs. Where configurable, you may opt out of using certain models or restrict data regions; availability depends on your plan and product.
If automated processing produces a legal or similarly significant effect in your jurisdiction, we will comply with applicable notice, consent, and human-review requirements.
How we use personal information
We use data to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve AI agents and related infrastructure.
- Authenticate users, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our Terms.
- Communicate about service updates, security, and (where permitted) marketing.
- Comply with law, respond to lawful requests, and protect rights and safety.
- Analyze aggregated or de-identified usage to improve models and UX, consistent with your agreements and settings.
We do not sell your personal information as “sale” is defined under applicable U.S. state privacy laws. We may share data as described in Sharing.
Sharing & subprocessors
We may share information with:
- Service providers (hosting, analytics, email, payments, model inference) bound by contract to protect data.
- Professional advisors (lawyers, accountants) under confidentiality.
- Authorities when required by law or to protect users and the public.
- Business transfers in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to appropriate notices.
A current list of key AI and infrastructure subprocessors may be provided on request or in your enterprise data processing agreement.
Retention
We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations. Retention periods vary by data category and product settings (e.g. conversation history you choose to delete).
Your rights & choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing or direct marketing. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Security
We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure; we encourage strong passwords, SSO where available, and least-privilege access for your team.
Children
Our services are not directed at children under 16 (or the age required in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version with a new effective date and, where appropriate, notify you by email or in-product notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance unless applicable law requires additional consent.
